Orders Placed On or After 3rd April 2026
If your order was placed on or after 03/04/2026, you can return your item(s) by following the steps below:
- Print and complete the returns form (linked here).
- Securely package your item(s), ensuring they are in their original condition.
- Include your completed returns form inside your parcel.
- Send your return to the following address:
Please make sure to include a completed returns form with your order number inside your package. This helps us quickly identify your return and process it without delay.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 days from the date your return is received for it to be processed. This timeframe includes transit to our warehouse, inspection of the returned item(s), and any standard banking processing times. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Delivery
We offer various delivery options and rates at the checkout for you to choose your preferred delivery.
EVRI UK Standard Delivery (Delivered In 3-5 Days) £3.00
EVRI UK Next Day Delivery (2pm cut off) £5.00
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (Mon-Fri), when ordered before 2pm for next day delivery, where ever possible. On odd occasions, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible.
Purchases are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a signature upon delivery.
We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email.
We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our warehouse.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on customerservices@kitandkaboodal.com , stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email.
Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as working days.

Returns
We want to make your returns process as simple as possible. Please read the information below carefully, as the process depends on when your order was placed.
If your order was placed before 02/04/2026, your purchase was made with Kit and Kaboodal Limited (in liquidation).
To request a return or refund, you will need to raise a claim directly with the appointed liquidator. Unfortunately, we are unable to process these returns through our current system. You can raise this claim by contacting info@dfwassociates.co.uk
Customers who have not received their products may also want to check the purchase protection policies associated with their credit or debit card.
Can I return a faulty item I purchased?
If your item was purchased before the appointment of the Administrators on and is due a refund because it is faulty, please contact the Administrators via info@dfwassociates.co.uk
