FAQs

How do I view my points balance?

You can find your points balance one this page when you are logged into your Kit and Kaboodal account.

What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’, and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?

'Approved' means your points have been validated.

Your points will then remain ‘pending’ for 30 days after placing your order in case you decide to return any of the items. Once they are no longer pending you are able to redeem them for a discount off your order.

'Cancelled' means these points have been removed from your account due to a return/cancelled order etc.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No there is not! You can save up to redeem our £50 voucher or you can spend your points straight away on a £5 or £10 voucher. It's completely up to you!

I've redeemed my points but I've forgotten my code

Don't worry! Head to your account section and you should be able to click on your last redemption and see your code.

Do my points expire?

Your points will expire if they haven't been used within the last year.

It looks like I’ve dropped my current tier, what happened?

If you've dropped down a tier then you unfortunately haven't spent enough in the last year to remain in the higher tier. The good news is you can always go back up a tier once you start spending more.
